how can i programming one sound from the lowest to the highest on 16 pads?

You may have to give a little more of a description of what your attempting to do because at 1st glance it seems like you need to use 16 levels but that would be too easy

If your not talking about the 16 levels function which is done by:
1.Pressing the pad you want to make 16 levels
2.Pressing the 16 levels button.
3.Change the 'Type' field to TUNE.
4.Press F5(TurnOn)
You must be talking about the Auto-Chromatic Assign.
1.Press MODE then Pad 7(program)
2.Move the cursor to the 'TUNE' field
3.Press the window button
4.Press F5 'AUTO'
5.Press F5 'Do it'
