By Day-la Thu Oct 12, 2006 6:12 am
I just bought a 2000xl but don't even know where to start. I've been using fruity loops for awhile and want to advance my steps. You could check out or www.myspace.com/mnastyanddayla Anyways i dont have a recorder or a mixer or a table i just want to mess with it a little bit before i buy a recorder and a table because i have to save up a little more for that. But for the time being could i mess with it like through computer speakers or something.

im wondering the same thing? U see my question before you?
good luck with it... you should mabye invest in a sound card and turntable and mixer.

I am missing the soundcard part...
You should be able to plug into any stereo reciever that has AUX input. then you can hear what you are playing with... I think...am pretty sure

Do you have a regular stereo?

You can hook the MPC out to the aux in or tape on your stereo.

If you have personal CD player or MP3 player you send the out from the headphones or line out to the MPC in and start sampling, choppin', whatever.
