ok how does cd baby work you submit your work and when an order comes in you ship it or you send cd baby the cds and they ship also i want to get my company name and copyright my stuff before i put it out so if anyone can help me with these 3 thing i would greatly appercate it i got all material done but i need to do these 3 things first help fast plz got alot of shows planned and want to name copyrighting and cd for sale first

You send CD baby 5 cds with $30 beans. They set up ya account on www.cdbaby.com

It's up to ya to promote ya music to get people to purchase ya music from cdbaby.com Cd Baby does nothing but host ya cd on they site. After ya sell a certain amount of Cd's they will send ya a check/direct deposit, etc. And they ship tha Cd's not you.

You send CD Baby the CDs and they ship them out when someone orders one....They kept $4.00 for every cd you sell so if you were planing on selling your cds for like $5 bucks, don't bother....

I know cdbaby said something about they won't sell any mixtapes, but has anyone had any success getting that past them if your cd doesn't include the word mixtape anywhere in the title. I was just curious since I was going to sign up to sell my mixtape.
