I hit up the Tower Records today to check out their close out sale. Picked up few cds and ran across this carrying case in their laptop department. Took a plunge on this one cuz they dont take reutrns back. Bag is meant for 17 inch laptops, Cost me $40 including tax and it fits the mpc just right. Thought I'd share this in case somebody is on the market for one.

brand is Targus 17"

i have the same one too...and i got it for free cause my uncle works for IBM and they gave him a bunch of laptop cases for his customers and he had a few extra...it's a little tight but still works well

^^^ Exactly. I went to Tower last week when I heard that they were having a closing sale. Even when Tower Records wasn't bankrupt I always kinda thought they were slightly overpriced. They really aren't offering any good deals over there. They offered 20% off the lowest marked price but pretty much all their music still had the original price labels on them. Hopefully they will offer better deals as it gets closer to them actually closing. But 20% off is a joke, when I went there it looked as if they still weren't able to sell anything.

Does anyone know of a good flightcase for the 2500? I saw Ohmega Watts with his in a turntable flightcase and it fit. But wondering if there's one that fits REALLY well.

Thoughts?
