I'll try and get a photo for you... And I don't think the SO1 could be upgraded, just 15.4 seconds or something stupid. I actually had about 3 seconds of sample time left. Using it again was what made me realise I could get down on a 60. It's all about the chops!

Peace

I have an S-01, it was my first real sampler.
It is Mono, 16 bit, with a sampling rate of 32K.
I used to fill it full of Vocal samples, and Loops.
I was in a band an i triggered loops and sfx and stuff Live, cause i didn't know what MIDI was.
I'll have to find some stuff we recorded and post it up.

Here is a link to more info on it.:

i saw people talking about this in another of the forums where you post pics of your setups..

I think the common suggestion was that it is a controller for *lexicon* ??

im not sure.. it shifted between being a controller for a reverb, a controller for monitors and a transport..

in closing.. i dunno :?

im sure someone who does know will answer..

Can anyone tell me what that piece is sitting on top of the console in the first pic and next to the MPC in the second pic?

I think the general opinion last time was that it was some kind of MIDI to CV-Gate converter.
