Good Deal

I just started crate digging recently after I found that I want do sample based production rather than mostly doing keyboard stuff (I've used records before, but not so much actual crate digging). Anyways, this guy I found has some records he is going to sell, and I need to know if it would be a good buy. Here is the list of records:

The guy said he would sell the whole lot around $100. Is that a good deal?

No, there's some good shit in there but ALOT of junk. If I were you I'd tell him you won't pay more then 50 cents for each record as a set, or a couple dollars a record individually. I do that shit all the time on craigslist, and nobody else wants records (atleast where I live, in Ann Arbor MI) so they always agree just cause they want to get rid of them. However, for me price depends on the quality of the vinyl (most importantly), older or newer (I prefer older recordings, better vinyl, less synthesizers), and genre. But, thats all dependant on where you live and what it's worth to other people.

OK YOU GOT TO KNOW THIS YOUR GOIN TO BE BUYIN IN LOTS EXPECT TO GET SHI+ RECORDS ALONG WITH THE REST. you listed this lot and it's not grea or good but theres a few good records in there, you can tell him you will pay 50 cent or like i do when buying a lot for my store i pay up to 25 cents and you wont get more then that at any other record store,

if you want ask for a dollar for only the good ones

theres some others in there but these you prolly get the most use out of chopppin and sampling.

dont waste your money and buy things that are going to take up space , you'll end up buying them and prolly have to give half or more away buy lot's only if there's good stuff, get to know what you want then buy big lots bt that comes in time, if you knew to it then take your time. buy quality individual albums so you dont watse money on jkust anything .
