OS 4.02 - Ebook for MPC1000 or MPC2500?

I have the MPC1000 with OS 4.02.

1. Should I buy Beatmaking with MPC1000 or MPC2500?

AND

2. Are the menus with OS 4.02 on the MPC1000 the same as MPC2500's menus?

1. I don't know, coz I haven't read any of theese.

2. No the menues are not the same. Especially in GRID-EDIT MODE. I realized that when I wrote the new JJ-OS manual.

my os says os 4.01 when did 4.02 come out?
