Did you ever get any reply from Akai's support?

I just ordered the MPC 1000 from my brother in the states (by far much cheaper than getting it here in Taiwan).
Eager to know as much as possible I’ve already been going thru the online manual so I’m set to go when it arrives. But I had some general questions about Akai’s latest OS. So I wrote to Akai’s support asking if the bugs and missing features were being fixed some times soon..
No answer..

So I wrote again, and again..
No answer..

So I wonder; is this what I should expect from Akai in the future?

i havent contacted them before, but i always hear that Akai doesn't answer anyone.. buncha assholes lol. but you can go to the MPC1000 Unofficial OS 3.0 forum... look around over there, i know theres a few threads about operating systems

on the akai page, go to the download os screen and read the release notes. if u want to know whats been fixed

I've called 'em on the phone in the past couple a years and had no problem getting through.....

That sucks big sweaty Danish balls..
I know what´s been fixed, I'd like to know the known bugs and when they are being attended to by Akai.
So I guess I have to give them a call then..
