no worries mate, and i hope you figure it out.
one thing i realised today is that while the mpc has only 4 banks of 16 pads, you could have infinitely more with live's Impulse drum machine. only this time round youd have an unlimited number of banks of 8 pads per bank.
you could use one pad to switch banks via midi i suppose.
but again that would be a live application of Live
and managing it all on stage sounds like it would be a massive nightmare
and i think guru probably has an unlimited number of tracks too right? but with a proper 16 pads.
