New to Northern VA. Lookin for local people/producers DJs to network with.
This is not for Dating!!!haha(unless you are a very hot Black/Latin or Brazillian female)
You know share/excahnge software, samples buy and trade equipment etc. NETWORKING.. I have a DP5 studio, MPC2500, HR824's, SL1200mk2's, MOTU 24I/O etc and have already worked on a few projects with local MCs and singers. I like to have optional resources for other peoples beats(aside from my own). I am also interested in organizing shows, creating mix tapes and organizing colaborations for promotional cds to be given out.
I'm from Boston originally and had a great network out there and I'm tryin to establish a good foundation in the northern VA, DC area.
Although I spend alot of time working on music and constantly changing/upgrading my studio, I really like to occasionally change the pace of my own creativity by working with other producers (who use the same equipment) to see how they freak it, feel me.
I used to have 5 different friends who owned MPCs and a few different HD recording programs so at any point I could go hang out anywhere and still have access to music. If I wanted a change of environment and still work on music, I could leave the house with a couple compact flash cards. Right now I am the only person I know with an MPC and my house is the center of music production...
Anyone interested, Hit me up...
