i dont know what really is the best way but if you dont have a computer and a good sound card the best way is to buy a stand alone cd recorder. not a cd buner but a recorder, it runs just like a tape recorder but it just records on cds. they run around 200 to 300 dollars. i did so much with one of those. phillips makes one but theres other brands too.

what do you mean? are you telling me you have a computer well if this is what you mean then you need sound card. a sound card is what lets you bring audio into and out of your computer. im not a big nerd on them i just know you should get the one that would fit you and one that dont sound shitty. o yea your gona need some kind of programe to record on something cool edit or some thing you could down load that from the net. if you got a burning program on your computer once you record the wave file on a recording program you save it but then reopen it in the cd burner program and hit a few clicks and so on and its easy as that. im not real tech guy i cant break it down ina way that makes you go hmmmm but i just know how to get from point a to b .
