Midi Foot Controller for 2000xl

I am trying to do some research in order to purchase a midi pedal for my 2000xl. I have seen i mentioned that the Yamaha mfc - 10 pedal works with the machines but i was wondering if there was a cheaper solution. I came across 2 products at music123.com and i was wondering if these could work. Can anyone who has any information about these products and their compatibility please share?
