Every time i sample i can always hear a lil hiss or somekind of white noise when i turn the volume up on my mpc. Im recording with gain on low so whats the problem? Im also using good cables.

Try cranking up the output on your sample source in order to keep the relative noise level down.

Turn the MPC volume down. adjust your rec volume, but turn the MPC volume off. You should be able to hear what you're sampling from another source.

Hook it up so that when the MPC records only the source is being heard through the speakers, not the MPC. It generates feedback like this. I had mine on a DJ mixer on Line1 and would sample from Phono 1. When you are done sampling switch it back to the MPC.
When both the outputs of the source and the MPC are going through the same speakers at the same time is when you get that crazy noise. If you got a studio mixer mute it or lower it all the way out.

Also a little noise reduction on your PC/MAC might help also.
