Sorry ya'll this may seem like a dumb question. I've been rocking MPCs for 5 years and have picked up everything on the 1000 pretty damn fast except the use of these damn Q-Link sliders. I bought the 1000 this past weekend used with no manual. Can one of ya'll tell me how to activate it to a sample for - pitch, filter, decay, etc... and what else those lil bad boys can do.

Thanks
SV

press the [MODE] key and then [PAD 1]
i like to assign both to the same parameter and use top for positive changes and bottom for negative leaving zero in the middle

u can also trim samples using the q-links , if u hold the after key above the slider and go to trim mode u can trim samples in big chunks :D jus remember hold after key and use the sliders to control , its hella useful !
