dam fam, that sucks
but a little tip for you guys who are getting it.....
once you get in the librarian software, the first thing you want to do is pick the preset slot you want before doing anything else............
then the next command you should do is retrieve data from instrument .......that will bring up the original presets.........
then you highlight each pad (one at a time) you need to edit.................
toedit a note value highlight a pad then go to the upper right screen where there is an artifical display of the blue screen..............click on the note value number.......and bam its easy as that........
once you have edited your parameters the next comand you want to do is send data to instrument
the best way to test this out is to remember the value/note number on one of the pads and tap it, if your display now shows the values you've wanted by tapping to touching it its time to move on to the nex step.........
press preset then press the {>} button and use the {>} button until you scroll to the option that says save.........push the big knob in and now you have saved presets successfully.
time to hit up ballhoneys website now...
peace.
