you go to shift 4, and click record. and yeah, you can chop on the mpc

the turntable needs to be hooked up to a mixer; then the mixer out to the record in of the MPC. and chopping can be done in the "TRIM" section, shift+5

hey YOU CAN CHOP SAMPLES WITH THE MPC2kXl ????? O thought it was just a calculator... i learn something new everyday thats great
