getting beats from mpc to pc

ok, im new to the mpc world, i have a 2500, and ive mad a couple tight beats but im wiggin out over gettin them on to my computer so they can be rapped to. how can i do this?
please help me out, im stressin!

if u got adobe audition u can record ur beat straight to ur pc for example this is what i do i make a beat a fe sequence's then go to song mode change whatever i want, repeat whatever i want then from my mixers av outs it goes to my laptops mic port
