There is simply no scrolling down!

You have two options:
1. switch to 16 pad display, then you'll see all the 16 pads of a bank or
2. stay in 6 pad view and just hit a pad beyond the 6th pad and you will see it being displayed in the 6th pad row on the MPC screen. Just like it is on an old Boss DR-110.

it seems that you can specified wich pad you want to display in the 6 pads mode.

try shift + arrow left and slect the pad number, then with the wheel modify it

So, what exactly is the advantage of the 6-pad display against the 16-pad display? are there functions available in 6-pad that are not in 16-pad?

I like the looks of the 6 pad view much more since it is clearer - the events are not that small as in the 16 pad overview. I think that is all there is to it. If our displays were larger, JJ would certainly use the space.

The funktions are all the same whatever view you select. Choose the settings you simply like most.

honestly, i wish the grid spacing was the same as 16 pad mode so we could have an even 8. that would be much more convenient. i don't need large squares dammit haha
