I installed 4.15 last night, and I can't believe how incredibly awesome this thing is getting! QLink start times is fuggin awesome... so nice to put the qLink to all pads, and and note repeat to 32 and sssssllllllloooooowwwwwllllllyyyyy shift through a sample... it's mpc granular synthisis :)
I didn't notice any bugs, and I think it's pretty awesome to get these bells and whistles as they come rather than waiting a couple months for them all at once.
I'm also digging the input pitch shifter...

HORRAY for JJ!

I gotta disagree. Look at the Akai OS. There's still bugs in it that have never been fixed. So essentially it's just as much of a beta as JJ's OS... but JJ keeps at it, while Akai doesn't.

i love the fact that it keeps getting better quite rapidly,

....i mean JJ awesome that we can now mod the sample starts/ends!

as long as the os revisions don't have any programming errors that corrupt previously added features, were safe enough to keep updating while were working on stuff, all the while while everyone keeps sending bug reports back for new revision (and sometimes slightly buggy) developments....

i'm sure its what many on this forum wanted from akai/dev when the 1k first came out.

is it just me or is it not possible to get both q-link 1 and 2 to mod the sample starts and ends respectively.....?

i think i remember them not being simultaneously available to the same program in akai's os too.

I bought the 1k after getting rid of my 2k cos it was to big & i was getting sick of zips and floppys. sure the akai os had some flaws but i thought whatever, it's small & connects to my mac, and then jj comes along........ bugs - shmugs i don't care if he's beta testing for akai or just plain stole their software - this os is christmas come early!!

another thing JJ crew,

on the qlink slider page (mode+pad1),

"pgm:program01
--------------------------------
assign pad:track* (all pad)"

could the slider able to modify a whole program please guys?

at the moment its the program used in the track thats in focus (in the 'main' window), and because i sometimes have the same instrument (program)over more than one track, i would like to feel qlink changes over any instance of a selected program.
