128 should get you 20 something mins in mono, did you record in stereo? i mean some people do, some people dont, it depends what your doing, but yea, with 32, if you try n record a fair bit in stereo you will get that message, i think you get like 46 seconds in stereo. dont worry when you get your 128 youl have some more breathin space, but remember you dont always need a massive section, and also weigh up your options, what do you want to do with the sample? if your chopping it down, you migtht want to go mono. infact practice, if u listen to the sample you want to take in stereo for a bit, then take it back and listen to the left on its own, then the right, and see what would have the best effect, remeber sometimes you might want to remove some elements, and they may be panned hard right, so sampling mono left, may give you what you really want.
