WHen I'm converting seq's to song, and then play it, halfway through the song a little "c" appears next to the music note (seq tempo) and the song speeds up like 20 rpm's for no f'n reason. My master tempo is set the same for all seq's. Been trying to record to my cassette deck but I can't and its drivin me nuts. Any ideas?

Are the seq tempos matched to the master tempo? You might have a seq tempo off from the master tempo on a seq which might be causing the change.Hope this helps.

Yes all the tempos are matched. The song starts at the right tempo, but
around 8 bars in it jumps to a way faster tempo.
Do you know what the little "c" means?

it sound as if your mpc is recieving midi time clock from another source check what u have midi into the mpc and try disconnecting the midi in cables while you are droping the song to cassete (wtf) :? if it does not happen then it means some thing was slaving your mpc :)

hope that helps

click open window while the cursor is on the tempo. does it say that you have a tempo change set? if so, turn it off or delete the tempo change event.

page 37 in the manual.
