Hey people, i am currently using version 1.22 on my MPC and am happy with everything and everything to be working nicely for me also. However i have recently came across a problem.
Shortly after just switching it on and i go to edit a sample (highlighting a particular part) or even set the Q link slider to use its assignable parameters, the sliders refuse to work properly.
What i have noticed is that they still seem to be functioning but only if i hit a pad at the same time, once i have let go of the pad they then refuse to work again. For example if i am editing a sample and am looking to highlight a particular part when i hold 'AFTER' and move the slider, nothing happens.
However if i then hit pad 1 and keep it pressed down i can then use the slider, although it is very inaccurate and limited, until i release the pad.
I initially thought this was a software issue, however, after giving the sliders a gentle knock they magically seem to be working again which leads me to believe this is a hardware issue.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to do and if anyone has experienced a similar problem tell me what they did.
Thanks a lot people,
Glydez

yike sounds bad.

never experienced it and yes, if you resolved the problem by wiggling plastic, then I'd say it is a hardware problem!
