never tried it b4 but it is possible to load drumkits from a zip disk and save to a flash card....right?

Yes but back up that zip before moving it. Just in case something fails during the transaction and causes the zip to become unreadable.

^^thanks for the info...my 2000xl mcd should be here tuesday...i really dont care for the mcd drive, all im going to do is continue to use my zip drive/disk to load and hold my drumkits and just use the mcd drive to save my projects.
