Should I buy or not?

130 bucks, but is it any reason to get it? Hiphop production.

Any feelings about it?

I wouldn't pay over $100 maybe over $75
I've had mine for 3 years and although I can count on it for some decents sounds it's not so very strong in my opinion. If you're curious as to how it might sound being used for hip hop check out my link. tracks Ode to fallen soilders infamiss blaze o4, physixs 04 and orchestrated soul were all done on that keyboard. I use it mostly nowadays for it's general midi sounds and on occassions some of it's genuine banks.

he's right.....I copped one used a coupla years ago and I never use its sounds straight out the thing, usually just sample 'em in and tweak or record the into my 788 and let the fx get 'em.....I aminly use it as a midi thingy and to practice makin melodies with and stuff......

Wich keyboard/synth should I go for???

I haven't copped it yet but I would advise the motiff rack or a used triton rack if you could find one for under $700.

Could it be an idea to get the yamaha psr-540 (i get it for around 80 bucks), and later get a synth module? And also use it as a midi keyboard?

Yes, don't get me wrong it's still a decent keyboard and if you can get it for $80 it's worth it. You'll like it and I'm certain that you'll make some nice tracks with it. Not too mention you get 16 tracks to play with on it. For $80 cop it! At the very least it's a very good starter keyboard.

But, I'm not a starter, hehe. I've been makeing beats for a while, but not with MPC and Keyboard.

Is it an idea to go for synth moduls?? Even when I dont got "midi thru" on this keyboard?

Or should I save the money, to get something bether.
