recording control change

hi i'm new at this forum
(and my english is very poor)

i need somebodys help.
got jj's os 4,15 on my mpc.

everytime i try to record control change events on a midi track all the notes at this track where deleted.

is it a bug or am i just to stupid.

please help me

sounds like you're hitting record, not overdub

ok when i hit overdub the midi notes are still there but when i do it this way the mpc don't record the cc-events......?

you have to push the power knob in order to make it work.

my midi settings where set incorrect

(active track receive midi from channel 1 - cc events where from channel 2)

better i set it back to receive all. hehe

midi cc editing is gonna get a lot nicer soon too - it kinda sucks as of right now. i've said it before, editing midi cc in step edit is like a blind man in a glass factory.

i hope so.. we cant talk about workflow this time.
