Hey!

Thanks mate, I've had some good feedback on that one which took me a bit by surprise.

Knebworth eh? Small world & all that! What sort of stuff are you doing?

I'm into lots of stuff.. From all the obvious producers, pete rock et al. more avant stuff like 6ixtoo (which your stuff reminded me of somewhat) buck 65. I like a lot of MF Dooms production. Boards of Canada (not v. original i know!) Vangelis.

At the moment i use a powerbook, midi keyboard, various software, records - both samples and scratches etc. Next thing i get with be the 1000.

Do you have yours yet?

I don't know of 6ixtoo / buck 65. What would you recommend checking out?

Haven't got my 1K yet, am just waiting for the last bit of cash to come through so should have it by the end of the month at last. At the moment I use a shoddy old PC with Acid & Wavelab, An EPS16+ which I haven't had time to work out yet and the usual decks and vinyl.

Have you got any music online to check out?

In the process of putting things up at the moment. soundclick is not getting on too well with my safari browser!

Yeah check out buck, hes a canadian mc/producer. i think hes quite a die hard sp1200 user. He has really nice beats and an intelligent flow. 'Square' and 'talking honky blues' are the 2 most recent things hes done. I have gigs of stuff i could burn for you if you like.
