it said works with mpc 2000xl I load it in to the cd rom drive and I just get a blank part where the names of the samples should be, and in the format it reads "???????"

have you had any dealings?? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PRO-Hip-Hop-CD-DV ... 0058504108

I must admit the snares sound identicle to the ones off a magazine sample cd I got for free....

is there a way the mpc can load it in as it seems to be in a format unkinown even though the cd is in .wav.

cheers

using your computer, you need to copy the .wav files from the dvd onto a floppy, zip disk or a compact flash , then use the floppy, zip or CF to import them into the MPC.
