Go To This Link and Listen to this www.PhatDrumLoops.Com/old_site/wav/nt.wav DWNLD it and burn it to a cd, it aint great quality, but Resample it a few times adding or subtracting to get them soundin better(or cop the vinyl) Now he got em Sampled-he probably Sped the record up sampled it, then threw a LP filter on it and maybe some compression, then RESAMPLED it, then pitched it down to normal speed, then chopped that s#@t, then he got the harder fuller drums you here him freakin--PGM mono, to be specific...and the break aint chopped in singles he quartered it-more than likely).
