syncing my 1000 and m-box 2?

i know this question has probably been thrashed but i cant find it in any archives.....so how do i track my beats into pro tools from my 1k? i been searching manuals and internet sites for a week now!!! any help would be much appreciated...........

Mbox 2 has onboard midi so get some midi cables. from the mp in to the mbox out make sure your mp is synced up right then from your left stereo out(preference) to one of the two in on the mbox and you should be ready to go. hit back if it dont work.

thatll work just fine and im sure the midi sync will work fine too. nice avatar J Wales, great movie, but the atari game is the sh*t, "Outlaw". check it out sometime if you havent already...like in the last 24-25years
