MPC4K and Supernova

How can i record the arpegiator notes in the MPC sequencer. All that records is the chord, I'm probably doing something stupid. I've got the SNova set to "Program and Midi" in the arp window. And the arp plays as I'm recording but each seperate note in the pattern doesn't record. Please can anyone help??

All I can say is that the problem lies with the synth, not the MPC. Tell the synth to output the Arp notes.

I thought i was doing that. Maybe I need to dig the manual out again. Its quite annoying though. I was considering buying a Korg Karma which has some amazing arps but it would be no good if I cant sequence it with the MPC. Oh well, thanks for your reply

Well, as an alternative you can send the chord that was recorded in the MPC to your synth, and have it's Arp process it again, like you just pressed a chord on it's own keyboard.
