Ok, I hav looked for this up and down on this and cant find a damn thing, Hope someone here can help me out.

Is it possible to send tracks from your mpc to one of the outs rather than just assigned pads to the outs on this JJ OS?

What i am trying to do is i have 10 midi tracks playing on my MPC, I want avoid having to resample all the tracks into my mpc, then truncating each sample, then assigning them to pads, then recreating the song all over again with the samplesi just created. Rather, i just want to assign the track with the recorded midi data directly to one of the 8 outs....

Hope one of yall can help.....

Use direct record instead and then the actual keyboard/module sounds will be in the mpc. Right now the sounds arent in the MPC its just being sequenced using the MPC. Best bet is to either DIRECT RECORD or RESAMPLE. Your choice.

u mean 4 outs? unless youre using the 2000
if you want your midi instrument to be tracked out .. you need to do that thru whatever module or keyboard youre using.. the Triton has 4 outs.. and a main LR.. just like the mpc1000.
youre gonna have to track out on that thing.

..where are you gettin the samples from? thats where u gotta track out of.

make sense?

yeh, that does actually. My set up right now is i am running a midi key board into my mpc. Then midi out of my mpc to my rack mount synth. then i run the main outs back into the record in on my mpc, then i run my 8 outs into my digi 02 for pro tools. I read somewhere on here how to midi time your mpc to pro tools but i cant find it again, anyone know where i could get the info on how to do that?

Thanks for the help...
