Record output of mpc inside mpc

I use to be on the forums over at FP.com and I while ago there was a video on how to track songs within the mpc. Does anyone know how to do this? I went to find it on their site and it is no longer there. Any info would be appreciated!

This is done in the sample recording menu. You just have to set the recording input source as the MPCs stereo outs.
