I wanted to upgrade to a CF Card Reader but how do I?.......

I have an internal zip drive and I think it's time to upgrade to the CF Card Reader but I was wondering how would I go about transferring my sounds from my zips to the cards?? I 'll take any advice I could get, thanks! :D

usb zip and/or usb card reader via pc..

This has also been answer many times in detail here in the forums.
