Both sellers don't provide much info so they may not be orignal owners or know how to use it. 1st claims its in good condition. 2nd claims not DOA but "sold as is". I wouldn't buy the 2nd one because of that statement. It may turn on but have some annoying issues.

When in doubt, ask the seller questions and make sure they'll accept a return if something is wrong.
