Looping question

Is it possible to set up a drum pad so that I can play the sample by cueing the sample on said pad and then repeat my sample by hitting the same pad again, I've tried messing around with other methods of making my loops but they don't come out soo clean, any imput helps, really.

Wow, yes it does, very much. I've combed over this manual many times and I aquire more and more info but I could never figure this out, thanks lamp. really.
