Hey again,

Is there anyway to changes an entire track's volume or can you only change volume for each pad. I understand the mixer, but it seems like there should be a mixer for tracks in addition for a mixer for each pad in a .pgm.

Thanks in advance...

Yep its on the main screen next to the track name marked V%:100 .

THis means velocity so pretty much acts as volume for sample tracks..

Wouldn't this even out all velocity messages in the track. Like, wouldn't changing overall track velocity erase the nuances and differences in velocity of HHs recorded into a drum track?

No it reduces the velocities of all the programming by a relative amount for example if you programmed a hi hat at 100%, then another at 50% if you then turn the track velocity to half the 1st hi hat would be equivalent to 50 & the second to 25..

should be fine as long as ur not triggering multisamples according to velocity..
