sample keeps overlapping!

hi every1,everytime i sample into a pad,say...a loop,if i push it twice and the loop hasnt finished the first time it over laps!but i would rather it just cut off by the 2nd time i push the pad..what im asking is how do i set up the loop 2 the pad so i could press it repeatedly and it wouldnt overlap?...thnx for your time..

When you assign to a pad there are 3 options , poly (overlaping) , note off (stop when you release the pad), and mono that cut sample each time you press the pads.
