put a swing on one qlink, shift time on the other. navigate to the note you want to change, delete it, and put in the new value. play it again.

it's very easy.

damn i'm starting to think im the only one who is not sleeping on grid edit

i dunno about tc off but when tc is on you can press overdub, shift + up arrow
and then you can see the location, the amount of time shifting T,D and some others stuff from step edit and finally velocity.

shift timing is too easy to use with grid edit and now but I have to remake a beat coz due to an excess of shiftiming it sounds "loose" now lol.

sorry but i can't tell about TC off.

i've been dying to have zoom and TC disconnected so that you can have TC off but still view your shit at 8th bars. that would make writing and editing that much more complete. meanwhile i have adequate control over note placement to work in 8th note TC 90% ofthe time, conttrolling note placement w/ the qlinks.

there'll be something. i'm drowning in things to do these days. lucky, cuz i just went on winter break.

in this break i'm gonna try to solidify my pad design, start shipping em out, create an ebay store of pad fixes, create a web page for the mpc1000 and jj os, and write articles about the 1k jj os tips and tricks for said web page.

this web page will also directly link to EDGE CITY everywhere
and i am also working on new tunes

so much to do.
