It does make tracking out easier. I would pick the 8 outs up.

guys as long as we are talkin about the 8 outs...
i just baught my 8 outs.. i know that i could assign a kick or a snare or any type of drum possible on each output.. but is there a way to assign tracks?
i chekced out my manual... didnt find anythin

No tracks, you assign the pads to individual outs just like manual states.
If you seperate your samples/pads to different tracks within the same sequence then those are you tracks..
ie.
track 1 - snare
track 2 - kick
track 3 - hhat
track 4 - chhat
That would be track seperation into the 8outs, that's the way some
people seperate tracks to the 8outs..
Stereo sounds can be out'd to 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8.

where can i cop 8 ouits? i checked vstservice but its only for the 2xl..
