How do you use your mpc60/3000?

First off, this isn't a thread about how to connect midi cables, I'm just curious as to how people are using their mpc's. For example do you sequence modules/vsti's with it? Do you track it to a DAW and add more around it? Do you mixdown a straight two-track? Are you soley using the mp? Do you use it as a sampler and sequence on something else??
There's no real reason I'm asking, just that there are so many options available and I'd like to hear other peoples methods.

I myself am only just learning the 60 after a long time with cubase, so I'm trying to do EVERYTHING on the mp, that way I'm not using all my old tricks.

I do everything on the MPC and then two track to PT's or sometimes I use the outs.

for me its the mothership., but i had now a 6month's of not using it at all.,due to upgrading os and some ram trouble.
But mostly i use to sit around with it in the studio, having my arm around it, and pretend we where absolute best friends.,sometimes i trigger some midinotes and let it play a bit., to all of sudden catch myself sitting again in the corner, huggin' the mpc3k..
