anyway or site to find out where a sample came from?

a site would be cool where to find where a certain sample came from, for instance on the album visions of ghandi by jedi mind tricks, if u let the last song play, there are a few bonus tracks, the second is a cool g rapp remix(animal rapp), and there is a chick singing in the sample used, i was wondering any where i can find that out

somebody mention not too long ago about a catalog for sale on Ebay that list albums, artist, and samples used in their projects

They said that it had hundreds of albums in songs up to the year 2003
(I guess 2004 version isn't out yet of course)

If you know the artist(s) name(s) and publishing company name you could probably get that information from their catalog. That is considering that they acknowledge who and what they sampled. A msn search should do the trick.

binger does your stirling book say where quasimoto's 'real eyes' is sampled from?

im having trouble getting myself one of those books......i think they are US/Jap only....

Sorry. hehe. They put one right afta another. They should give me a commisson. Oh and no real eyes. Lots and lots of lord quas in there though.
