what is the best cartridge to get for under $100?
i'm looking strictly for sound quality
I don't do much scratching
i guess i'm not really that clear on what the differences are between all the needles/cartridges/straight arms/bent arms
i just sample records with my straight armed Stanton T.80 with the factory stanton needle

definite hifi thing, most cats around here (myself included) dont have the records, turntables, speakers, or proper cabling to make these worth buying

I advise the Grado stuff for sampling-and shure white label for turntablistics:)
