smoothing out a sequence

So i have this 2 bar sample...im trying to loop it because its the main part of my beat,my problem is when i go from the 1st sequence to the 2nd....it dont sound smooth,i got the time and bars on a good time...but it's not smooth ..it just goes over and over, sounds boring how can i smoothen it up beetween when the sequences start?should i chop a piece and inbetween the sequence use it?
