Hard Drive Question

i just installed a Toshiba MK4026GAX 40GB Hard drive in my 1k. So far i hear it running but i dont know where to go from here. In the SAVE and LOAD screen i am seeing only the INTERNAL, MEMORY CARD, and HARD DISK, i figured it would be under the HARD DISK but it says there is only 122.4MB available. What happend to my 4GB????

Well, I installed a 30GB drive. I format with the mpc, it only gives me 2GB. If I format with the pc, the whole drive is available to the pc via usb, but not available at all in the mpc. I keep getting a 'disk full' alert. Wussup wit dat?

Version 1 of the Akai OS only supports drives up to 2gigs. You might need to install V2 BUT there is a potential prob with V2 formatting, so JJ v3.06 may be better, at least for the initial drive format. Probably shoulda mentioned that before. For more info, check this thread:
