Use either USB or save them from your PC onto a CF Card. Connect your MPC via USB to your PC and transfer the sounds. Its all in the manual fam for real though.

I think the mpc you have is probably usb, not like mine that has a kick start!!
try looking to see if you can drag and drop. failing that use the audio ins..

does the mac show the mpc as being connected to it? if so it might just be copy and paste.
