4.30 to be released in the new year!

Good news to all the JJ followers!!!

A simult sequence is added in the following version.
And an audio track is due to be used as 8 tracks.
The next upgrade is a schedule on January 10.(Version4.30)
The photograph of a main screen is downward.

man, this is going to be great

i'm probably gonna start making 2 seqs per every one
of different track lengths

this is what people were asking for before ie different track lengths. cool stuff, i'm sure i'll find new and exciting tricks w/ this

what? is the main screen gonna look like that? feelin kinda nervous about that. dont know why,but it seems a bit cramped on the pics.

looks different not "cramped" imo, they could pack a hell of a lot more info on there and i wouldn't complain as long as it was easy enough to navigate

can't be daunted by how something looks

mode/pad11 is jam packed full of stuff, but mad easy to navigate

as i've said before i'd be happy if all the text was taken down a couple "font sizes" so we could fit even more.

Additional audio tracks is cool. Simult sequence is a feature that was already possible with older MPCs. Now we just need all the features of older MPCs implemented for 100% compatibility.

I really like the look of the new main screen, if you compare the BPM note, you can see that they are the same size, just moved on level down. I think it actually appears a lot more organized in the new version, plus I love the new audio tracks. This is going to go great with my new YAMAHA 03D digital mixer :twisted:

What makes a big difference to me is the OUT selection on the main screen...if that's to control what gets sent to the 4 mono outputs I would be very happy...

it looks to me that those are two new screens..not the Main view.
Simult will be the top pic and the Direct records will look like the bottom..
it would be unnecessary to show two seq.s unless you were actually usin em both..but then again ... jj is one crazzy mofo.

i sat here and looked at the pic on jj's site... i am willing to bet that the font IS SMALLER in 4.30... look at the f-1 - f-6 tabs.. and you can see it in the CLICK tab... on my mpc it takes up almost the whole tab.. in the 4.30 pic it looks like you could put another two digits....

as i look more it looks like the digits are same height... just skinnier.
but that still means more shit on the screens haha...

Wow I did what most people did with their mpc1000, and that is throw it in the closet and forgot about it.....I even went the software route and even started to use my asr-10 again,wow the asr10 is still a beast, but anyway now I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY MPC1000 ,I even purchased another one(black version)
JJ O.S. IS UNBELIEVABLE-THANKYOU SOOOOOOO MUCH JJ
If he can do this to an MPC1000......I wonder what he (or she)could do with other machines.......HUMMMM something to think about...........

P.S. HAPPY NEW-YEAR to ALL and keep BANGIN OUT BEATS

i think the first pic would be the main screen, seems that track volume (0 to inefficient 200%) would be replaced by velocity !? looks strange.
hope that direct recording will at least be improved.
