Rent a Kung-Fu flick...it might cost you 3 bucks at blockbuster, but the samples will be pricesless
Just think, you get the flick and the samples, all for the price of one
Something tells me the people of Earth are going to need me one day...

audio out to your audio in recording device.
stereo RCA out from a VCR to RCA input of whatever you're doing it from. you can rip the same way from DVD as well. if you've got a DVDROM in your CPU there are some free wares to rip audio from.
if you only have COAXIAL running from your VCR in to your TV, you can run AUDIO out from your TV if it has it. other than that, Radio Shack sells an RF Modulator that converts the COAXIAL signal into STEREO RCA/VIDEO RCA and you can take if from that box into your recording source.
i love bad movies for their soundtracks, check out Crocodile for some great sleaze lounge.
