Need Help With Track Mutes!!! MPC 1000 OS 4.02

How do you record track mutes in this os? When i press the track mute button, i get a screen that shows my tracks and the pads i can press to mute them. However, I can't figure out how to record my track mutes live...

Any help?

you gotta be RECORDING while you mess with them...
(rec + play) ..be careful.. when you mess up.
Go to STEP EDIT and scroll to TRACK MUTES.. to see all your track mutes.. for ALL or individual tracks...
then you can delete the instance you dont want.

PLUS to have the recorded track mutes play in MAIN SCREEN or SONGMODE you gotta be on main screen

while HOLDING f5 click WINDOW - use track mute events - ON
awesome feature i couldnt do without it!!!!!
