Mpc1000 Sampler

can you esplain me how sound the internal sampler?? the mpc 2000 use the s2000 sampler inside.. the mpc1000? the mpc sound like another mpc?

The mpc2000 doesn't use the s2000 inside! Both mpc2000 and mpc1000 are very similar...more like a phrase sampler...but they sound very much the same (some people argue that the mpc1000 is more clear or punchy).

it is a little more crispy and punchy, though

Positive. S2000 has lfos, multiple envelopes, chromatic pitch shift, etc. No mpc but the 4000 has LFO's. And the 1000 doesn't even have filter envelopes (2000xl has attack/decay on envelopes, but no ADSR).
