mpc 1000 to pro tools

hey whats up yall.. its me again.. im startin to get this shit down very well.. i been learnin off a couple good producers around my way that are connected to the industry and get this beat makin down.. i started a beat last night but just to hear how it sounds on speakers i recorded from the mpc to pro tools and then bounced it and it sounds.. a mess.. but in the mpc it sounds clean.. whats good?

b4 u bounced did it sound ok in pt? sometimes i have the same problem and i usually just record it again and its str8 another thing if the gains too high that'll do it too, also are you recording each instrument seperately
